Dr Gokhale & GGH Announces the Resumption of Heart Operations in Guntur GGH

Guntur Government General Hospital (GGH) is all set to resume Heart Surgeries. Heart operations have been stopped in GGH for years due to Covid. Keeping in mind the problems of the patients, the GGH officials have paved the way for cardiac surgery. A patient suffering from heart disease was brought to life on 26-06-2023 under the guidance of Dr. Gokhale after successfully performing an open heart surgery. Later, Padma Shri Dr. Alla Gopala Krishna, said that due to the stoppage of heart surgeries in the wake of Covid, the patients have suffered with many problems. He said that the state government has taken special care in this matter and has worked hard to resume operations. Doctor Gokhale added that a plan has been prepared so that a large number of surgeries can be performed within a year.
