Awareness on Organ Donation to the RMP Doctors of Guntur

Sahrudaya Health, Medical and Educational Trust and Telugunadu Community Paramedical Association of AP have organised a program on “Awareness on Organ Donation” especially for RMP doctors of Guntur Dist. at GMCANA Auditorium, Guntur Medical College, Guntur. The program was organised on 22nd Jan, 2017 in the presence of Dr. C L Venkat Rao MS. FRCS, Swachandra Mission, Vice Chairman and Dr Alla Gopala Krishna Gokhale, Chairman, Sahrudaya Health, Medical and Educational Trust. 250 RMP Doctors of the province have participated in the awareness program on Organ Donation. Dr Gokhale had presided over the meeting, and enlightened all about the importance of organ donation and the need for awareness that is the required in the present scenario. Being a Heart and Lung Transplant surgeon, he advised how seven lives can be saved from the concept of organ transplantation.
