Sahrudaya Health, Medical and Educational trust was founded by Dr. Alla Gopala Krishna Gokhale with a view to rendering service to poor people crippled with heart, lung and vascular diseases. Guntur Hospital is providing Free Open Heart Surgeries under the leadership of Dr Alla Gopala Krishna Gokhale. As GCH has completed around 300 free heart surgeries for the poor patients under Sahrudaya Trust they organized free open heart surgeries from May 2016 to July 2017.
