Dr. Gokhale Honored among 75 Healthcare Change Makers

It gives us immense pleasure to announce that Padma Shri awardee Dr Alla Gopal Krishna Gokhale was handpicked as one of the 75 change-makers in the healthcare industry since 1947.

At the dawn of our independence, India has only a healthcare system that is crippled to serve the enormous population. However, our healthcare industry has significantly improved in all areas – infrastructure, medical and healthcare expertise – thanks to the key change makers who lead and transform the healthcare industry with their innovation and medical expertise.

To commemorate the 75th anniversary, HEAL Health has put it upon itself to identify 75 healthcare change makers whose contribution has improved and shaped the healthcare industry in India. Their profile and contributions are chronicled under the aegis of HEAL health chronicle and are published as one of kind Coffee Table Book.
